Singaporean Rice

Looking for a perfect weekend meal? Then try this Quick and Easy Singaporean Rice Recipe . This Singaporean rice dish is perfect in itself. No chutney, no raita, not too many sauces required. Make it on the weekend and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup of rice Boiled with salt and butter
Boiled noodles 1packet

For the sauce:

Mix together mayo 1 cup, Ketchup half cup, Vinegar 2 tblsp, Salt, Red chilli pwdr Sugar powder 1/2tsp
Now Heat oil 2tbsp in a pan, add fresh crushed garlic 1tsp and fry . Add the chicken 1kg cut into small cubes and fry for a few minutes until the chicken color changes.

Then add diced capsicum, diced onion, cabbage shredded ,tomato deseeded and diced 1/2cup and diced carrots.
Stir fry until the chicken is about done and veggies turn a little soft. Add the green chillies, soya sauce, ketchup and lemon juice, plus chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Add 1 cup water.Cook together for 2 minutes, then add the corn flour mixed in water.

Lower the heat and cook till the gravy is slightly thickened
Adjust taste and turn off the heat.
Take 3-4 cloves of garlic and chop it fry in oil light brown and add green chillies n little fry and keep aside for garnish.

Take a dish, first layer of rice in bottom then spaghetti to cover the rice. Then chicken gravy over the spaghetti. Spread the mayonnaise sauce all around the edges and some in the center. Finally sprinkle the garlic and chilli.
